Create your own Hot Spot and extend your wireless network range with this EnGenius ENH200EXT 802.11n Long-Range Outdoor Wireless Client Bridge/Access Point/Client Router/Wireless Distribution System Bridge (WDS) complete kit with 8dBi Omni-Directional Antenna a pigtail cable that operates in the 2.4GHz frequency spectrum and provides high wireless data rates up to 150Mbps (which is 3 times as fast as wireless-G). Everything you need is in this kit. The ENH200EXT features high transmitted output power (up to 500mW), high receive sensitivity and has a connector cable which allows you to attach an External Antenna. The high power allows you to extend wireless range coverage. The 8dBi Omni external antenna and cable provides you the flexibility to maximizing performance and coverage. Advanced features include power level control, narrow bandwidth selection, traffic shaping, and real-time high output power and sensitivity to extend range and coverage to reduce the roaming between Access Points and to deliver a more stable wireless connection. It also reduces deployment expenses on the equipment. It supports distance control and can transmit a signal up to 2 miles (3.2 Km) and the RSSI indicator, which enables configuration to receive the best signals for superior wireless performance (distance covered is line-of-sight with directional antennas and assumes proper installation and no obstructions and flat terrain in between sending and receiving sites). This outdoor device comes with a PoE injector (24V) for easy outdoor deployment (cable distance from the inside of your building to the device's outside installation - up to 300 feet or 90 meters) and the Power Adapter accepts 100-240VAC input which allows it to work anywhere in the world. To use it outside of North America all you will need is a plug adapter that allows you to plug a standard USA type plug into your country's electrical mains. The device housed in an IP55 weatherproof enclosure to protect against rain and moisture. The ENH200EXT offers a cost-effective solution for a Hotspot to create Point-to-Point, Point-to-Multipoint or CPE system solutions.
To protect your wireless connectivity, it can encrypt all wireless transmissions through 64/128/152-bit WEP data encryption and also supports WPA/WPA2 (both personal and enterprise). The MAC address filtering lets you select exactly which stations should have access to your network. In addition, the User Isolation function can protect the private network between client users. This is a feature-rich and all-in-one outdoor device, it is the perfect solution for any outdoor application you may have. The unit includes a protected Ethernet connection to prevent water damage outdoors. You can set-up your own high-speed wireless hotspot anywhere today. You can mount the device on a pole with the supplied mounting hardware. You just need to connect the access point to a DSL/Cable modem, router or switch and add an antenna to access the internet. In the client bridge mode (with an antenna attached to it), you can connect it directly to your computer or a router (to distribute the Internet signal to your LAN). Standard CAT-5 8-conductor Ethernet cable is required (which should not exceed 300 feet or 90 meters) is not included. A Pole Mounting strap and Wall Mounting screws with plastic sleeve screw anchors are included in the package. This device increases the effective range and coverage area of a 802.11b/g or N network. On shipments outside the USA, import costs, duty and taxes (if required) are paid by the buyer. Sales tax is added to any item shipped to an address in California.
Shipping
We usually ship within 48 hours from receipt of payment. We use the most economical shipping methods available. You can select other shipping methods. Shipping and handling costs are listed for a single item in the Shipping Costs table in the middle of this listing. All items are shipped insured with the insurance fee added when you process your order at checkout. We will supply you with tracking numbers where available from the carrier. Unfortunately carriers sometimes take longer than their published transit time and this is beyond our control.
If you purchase two (2) or more items from us in a
48-hour period, we will ship all items in one package. This usually provides a shipping and handling discount of approximately 10% per item (if shipping costs were figured individually for each item). Shipping charges are calculated for most countries. Shipping charges for other Worldwide areas quoted as required.
Satisfaction & Return Policy
We take great care in accurately describing the condition of the products we sell. We get our merchandise from reputable suppliers, but if you receive an item and feel that the condition is not consistent with our description or if it is DOA, let us know immediately (within 7 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to satisfy you. If we can't make you happy you may return the item but will require an RMA as described below.
