Payment
We accept Pay-Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Money-Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Checks written on U.S. banks. We can only directly accept credit cards issued by banks in the U.S.A. On personal checks allow 10-business days after receipt for the check to clear. We guarantee the item to be as described and will refund the purchase price if it is not as described and it is returned unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt. Please see the RMA Policy below. On shipments outside the USA, import costs, duty and taxes (if required) are paid by the buyer. Sales tax is added to any item shipped to an address in California.
Shipping
We usually ship within 48 hours from receipt of payment. We use the most economical shipping methods available. You can select other shipping methods. Shipping and handling costs are listed for a single item in the Shipping Costs table in the middle of this listing. All items are shipped insured with the insurance fee added when you process your order at checkout. We will supply you with tracking numbers where available from the carrier. Unfortunately carriers sometimes take longer than their published transit time and this is beyond our control.
If you purchase two (2) or more items from us in a
48-hour period, we will ship all items in one package. This usually provides a shipping and handling discount of approximately 10% per item (if shipping costs were figured individually for each item). Shipping charges are calculated for most countries. Shipping charges for other Worldwide areas quoted as required.
Satisfaction & Return Policy
We take great care in accurately describing the condition of the products we sell. We get our merchandise from reputable suppliers, but if you receive an item and feel that the condition is not consistent with our description or if it is DOA, let us know immediately (within 7 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to satisfy you. If we can't make you happy you may return the item but will require an RMA as described below.

If you need to return an item, please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will help us process your claim quickly. Return shipping charges and insurance are your responsibility. You should fully insure the item you return. Returned items must include all the original packing materials and all the documentation that came with the item, or they may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Returned items that operate in accordance with specifications in this listing are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
