Payment

We accept Pay-Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Money-Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Checks written on U.S. banks. On personal checks allow 10-business days after receipt for the check to clear. We guarantee the item to be as described and will refund the purchase price if it is not as described and it is returned unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt. Please see the RMA Policy below. On shipments outside the USA, import costs, duty and taxes (if required) are paid by the buyer. Sales tax is added to any item shipped to an address in California.

Shipping

We usually ship within 24-72 hours from receipt of payment. We use FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). All items are shipped Insured with the insurance fee added to the shipping costs at checkout. We will supply you with tracking numbers where available from the carrier. Unfortunately carriers sometimes take longer than their published transit time and this is beyond my control.

If you purchase two (2) or more items from us in a 72-hour period, we will ship all items in one package. This usually provides a shipping and handling discount of approximately 10% per item (if shipping costs were figured individually for each item). Shipping charges are calculated for most countries. Shipping charges for other Worldwide areas quoted as required.

Satisfaction & Return Policy

We take great care in accurately describing the condition of the products we sell. We guarantee my items not to be DOA. If you receive your item and feel that the condition is not consistent with our description, let us know immediately (within 7 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to satisfy you. If we can't make you happy you may return the item but will require an RMA as described below.

This item comes with a Limited Warranty as detailed in the listing. We guarantee the item to be as described and will refund the purchase price if item is not as described and buyer returns it unused and unopened within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all items purchased and used (even once) are not returnable if the item is not defective.

If you need to return any item, please contact us by e-mail to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will help us process your credit quickly. Please print this RMA number clearly on the return carton. Return shipping charges and insurance are your responsibility. You should fully insure the item you return. Returned items must include all the original packing materials and all the documentation that came with the item, or the return may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Returned items that operate in accordance with specifications in this listing are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
