This is a One-Button Smart Backup USB 2.0 Black Plastic Enclosure for a 2.5" IDE Hard Disk Drive. The case is a brand new portable (5-3/8" x 3-1/8" x 9/16") 2.5" Black Hard Disk USB 2.0 Enclosure with a Plug-and-Play Hot Swappable USB 2.0 interface. The unit is supplied with a USB cable with a power-tap, a USB power cable and an installation CD with drivers and a Backup Utility. The unit also is supplied with the button-triggered USB BackupKing-X Copy/Backup Utility. Add a 2.5" IDE Hard Drive (300GB maximum capacity) and you'll have a complete backup system or storage facility that attaches to your desktop or laptop USB port. This external portable enclosure features a USB 2.0 interface, up to 480 Mbps data transfer speeds and is compatible with any PC. The one button backup button feature allows for easy backup and instant recovery of programs, emails or your photo collection. Setup and installation is easy and this drive enclosure is the perfect choice for speedy and reliable backup and recovery functions. The unit works with Windows 98se, Me, 2000, XP and VISTA as well as MAC OS9.0+ and Linux 2.4.18. Note the One-Button Backup software only works with Windows 2000 and XP. The enclosure is brand new and has a 6-month limited warranty.

Payment
We accept Pay-Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Money-Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Checks written on U.S. banks. We can only directly accept credit cards issued by banks in the U.S.A. On personal checks allow 10-business days after receipt for the check to clear. We guarantee the item to be as described and will refund the purchase price if it is not as described and it is returned unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt. Please see the RMA Policy below. On shipments outside the USA, import costs, duty and taxes (if required) are paid by the buyer. Sales tax is added to any item shipped to an address in California.
Shipping
We usually ship within 48 hours from receipt of payment. We use the most economical shipping methods available. You can select other shipping methods. Shipping and handling costs are listed for a single item in the Shipping Costs table in the middle of this listing. All items are shipped insured with the insurance fee added when you process your order at checkout. We will supply you with tracking numbers where available from the carrier. Unfortunately carriers sometimes take longer than their published transit time and this is beyond our control.
If you purchase two (2) or more items from us in a
48-hour period, we will ship all items in one package. This usually provides a shipping and handling discount of approximately 10% per item (if shipping costs were figured individually for each item). Shipping charges are calculated for most countries. Shipping charges for other Worldwide areas quoted as required.
Satisfaction & Return Policy
We take great care in accurately describing the condition of the products we sell. We get our merchandise from reputable suppliers, but if you receive an item and feel that the condition is not consistent with our description or if it is DOA, let us know immediately (within 7 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to satisfy you. If we can't make you happy you may return the item but will require an RMA as described below.

If you need to return an item, please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will help us process your claim quickly. Returned items must include all the original packing materials and all the documentation that came with the item, or they may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Returned items that operate in accordance with specifications in this listing are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
